The company has completed its maiden project "HILL TOP" at Alandur, Madras successfully. Its contains a total of 15 flats 11000 Sq.ft designed by a renowned architect and construction has already been completed and keys have been handed over before the scheduled time. This has given the promoters, the confidence to undertake further projects. Year of completion 1993 - 94.
